A neoclassical 19th century slipper chair, with an elaborately inlaid seat rail, decorated with anthemions, newly upholstered in a high quality leopard printed velvet, the curved, buttoned back with down swept arms over a comfortable, wide seat, raised on 2 carved and partially gilded, tapering cylindrical legs on casters in the front and 2 raked legs in the back. Wonderful form and quality, also very comfortable.
