Paul M. Jones Neoclassical Polished Black Granite & Brass Console Table

5,700.00

A chic and beautifully made solid brass and polished black granite console table designed by Paul M. Jones, American, circa 1950-60, of rectangular form, the polished black granite inset top above a frieze of reticulated circles in alternating larger and smaller sizes, supported on 4 openwork square section tapering legs terminating in spade feet. We love how the more traditional neoclassical fretwork (like an open work guilloche seen on Louis XBI furniture) has been reinterpreted by varying the size of the circles together with the open, tapered square section legs which add light, movement and air to this table. Perfect in an entry, a hallway or as a serving table in a dining room.

Height: 33 1/4” x Length: 75” x Depth: 24”
