Rare Baseball Game Broadside, Married Versus Single Men, circa 1901

A rare printed baseball game broadside, advertising a game between two teams: Married men vs single men, in Moodus, Connecticut (a village that is part of East Haddam) on September 14th, 1901, at Oak Grove Park, a "grand game" marking the end of the baseball season.  In a mahogany stained pine frame with glass.

The names and positions of members of each team are listed, together with information on medical help available, and the names of the umpires. Admission is listed as 15 cents for gentlemen and 10 cents for ladies and boys.
